If you are ordering only a 3 DAY NOTICE you do not need to send us a copy of the Lease, at this time. But when we file for the eviction PLS SEND US A COPY OF THE LEASE, even If they are now month to month. They are still under the guidelines of the lease and it is REQUIRED by the Courts for verification. No Lease is when there never was a lease. If there is no lease the courts require proof of ownership. Usually this is a Deed of Trust. We can get the Tax Records if you don't have a copy of the Deed available.
